There are some people who take a completely different approach to network marketing and are still quite successful at it. They do not create a down-line. They find it much easier to find good products to promote on the Internet instead of trying to get someone into a business that they are not sure if it will be successful or not. Who really wants to hear a lot of promises from someone who is not successful in the program?
The problem with the opportunity angle is that most people lack the motivation to pull it off. This is why people find marketing products on the Internet much easier. With simply marketing products on the Internet, people are able to avoid the whole dance that focuses solely on making money. They much prefer this angle of being an entrepreneur and not just a recruiter.
People get into network marketing to create a business, not to beg people to join. Marketing products on the Internet can be much easier and more profitable than walking around trying to talk to people. There are most likely many people out there who would much prefer this method instead of all the nervousness and rejection that many face when trying to pitch the business to people. People hate being pitched and who wants to bother their family and friends?
For some, it's a matter of becoming successful not becoming a direct marketer. Direct marketing can be very difficult and painful, even for people who are social. It can be very uncomfortable asking people for things as I'm sure many of you feel the same way about selling things to people face to face where they get uncomfortable and uneasy with you trying to pitch them.
Hail to the Internet. The Internet allows you to use Google search, YouTube, Twitter, blogs, article sites, press release sites and Facebook to market products. Look for products that people actually need and use a variety of ways to market them. The greatest thing about the Internet is that it is 24/7, it never closes. You can make sales in your sleep. Imaging waking up to more money.
As you can see, network marketing is a great way to make money if you focus on products and ignore the old fashion direct sales methods. When you sell on the Internet you have a 24/7 market where people are looking for products all over the globe. This way of handling network marketing can make you feel more like a business person. You can make money without begging people to join your down-line. I hope you will give Internet marketing a try if you are struggling will direct sales.

Network Marketing Success Through the Internet
For a long time I poo-pooed all the talk that flies around about 'mindset' when I was building my first business.
I am a practical, logical, no BS, not-even-particularly-emotional kind of girl (I'm an accountant by profession for crying out loud).
Quite frankly, I found that 'guff' about talking yourself rich embarrassing.
'Just show me what to do and how to do it' has been my mantra since school. And I've generally been fairly successful at whatever I've put my mind to.
The problem was that because I was so dismissive of any information around 'mindset' or 'mission' or 'creating a new paradigm' (got to love Americans) I didn't take any steps at all to find out anything about this vital 'piece'.
Until about 12 months ago that is - and that's when everything started to change for me. That's when I began my own Money Breakthrough.
When I finally opened my mind (and ears) and started to read about, hear about and learn about all the internal things that are actually happening to us as women, I began to realise exactly what had been holding me back in my own business for so long.
You see, I have taken just about every course there is on marketing and client attraction - direct mail, Facebook ads, Google Ads, email campaigns, ezines, webinars, teleseminars, telesummits... I could go on and on. And I'm pretty good at all of them - because I've implemented what I've learned.
I haven't had too much trouble attracting clients and have helped others do the same. But there's a difference between having lots of clients and creating lots of money.
Like many business women I am constantly learning, constantly wanting to find that magic 'thing' that will suddenly make all the hard work pay off.
So I couldn't understand why, with all this technical knowledge, I still wasn't getting the results I really wanted. What more was there to learn?!
And then I finally started to address what was going in my head - and let me tell you, I never... NEVER... thought I would be writing those words!
As a woman who has worked most of my adult life in male dominated working environments (and being a bit of a tom-boy), I just could not see that this piece of the jigsaw even existed - let alone that I was missing it.
It turns out this is INCREDIBLY common for women. We take so many more courses than men do, we implement better than men do, take time over getting the how-to's 'just right'...
But we still see fewer rewards than men do. We attract fewer clients, convert fewer leads and make less money in general than men do. Fact.
So I started to learn why... and not only has everything become clear to me, my results have sky-rocketed.
I've been able to seriously start paying down old debts (and save money at the same time), budget PROPERLY and create money goals that I am actually achieving every fortnight.
It's all to do with getting a grip on our own relationship with money (and for me, a big part of that was pricing), with the emotions we feel when we're talking about money, asking for money, considering what to do about money... and as we all know, like it or not, emotions pretty much rule our lives as women.
Even mine!
Focus on what your own issues are around money - WHY do you feel bad increasing your fees? WHY do you feel guilty charging people who need your help? WHO is it you're worried about upsetting? HINT: It's often to do with the money story you grew up with.
My goal setting has never been clearer or more detailed and I'm breaking the habits that have been sabotaging me for so long.
In fact this has been such a game changer for me that I have incorporated what I've learnt and implemented into my own trainings.
How you do money really IS how you do everything.

Does Pricing Mindset Really Matter?
As I sat on a rock yesterday gazing out to sea with the sun warm on my back, the sound of lapping waves in my ears and the fresh salty smell of the sea, I thought how lucky I am. The breeze was stirring the palm trees overhead and the birds were twittering. In the distance yachts and motor-boats were passing by, white sails bright in the sunshine.
How come I was sitting on the beach on a Wednesday afternoon? Well I work at home. With pen and pad I can write my articles anywhere, or with an internet connection I can use my laptop. A few years ago I decided I had seen enough cold winters in England. At the time I wan working in a sales office, it was situated in an old dilapidated building. There were draughty windows that let wind in, in winter and hardly opened in the summer, so it became like a greenhouse. both seasons were unpleasant. On cold days we wore fingerless gloves, sometimes hats scarves or coats.
For several years I endured this. This wasn't living, although it was convenient only a few miles from the house but I had, had enough. So I made some decisions; to set up an internet business and work somewhere warm, and to winter in the sun.
So here we are, our fist winter in Spain enjoying a temperature close to 20 degrees almost every day. We have bought a house on the coast close to Costa Blanca, yesterday we were at El Mahon where the Mediterranean laps the white sand.
My business is affiliate marketing selling other people's products for a generous commission. Because I work with the guidance of a mentor, the sales pages are provided so I need not have my own website unless I choose to. (I love building websites so I have several.) Also up-to-date training is provided and because the internet is fast changing we have regular webinars to keep us informed of the best marketing techniques etc.
So if sitting on the beach, by a lake, or even your own crackling fire, is your dream, with no more commuting except from room to room, maybe an online business is your answer.
It isn't an overnight solution it takes time and effort to grow your business, but begin part-time whilst you have another income, cut down the TV or other activities and with the help and guidance or a good coach or mentor you can have a successful business.
Start NOW, make 2016 a year to remember; the start of a new future for YOU!

When consuming tap water at home, does one know or care where the water they consume is drawn from or originates? The water one drinks is usually pumped from a freshwater well if living in central Florida and the aquifer the well is pumped from is more likely to be the Floridan aquifer or "public waterways". Let's say for argument sake that all natural (riparian) fresh water resources are owned by the state in which they reside. Freshwater resources are loosely defined as rivers, lakes, streams, springs, and aquifers all of which are riparian (public) waterways. Legally speaking, riparian waterways in Florida are owned by the state, with five water resource management districts overseeing its regional distribution, storage, and supply. As a last resort, Florida law allows the transfer of freshwater resources from one of the five regions to another.
What happens when a private entity owns thousands of contiguous acres with mineral rights to the land and wants to pump billions of gallons of freshwater yearly, such as Florida's phosphate industry, from Florida's (public) aquifer systems. Florida law differentiates freshwater resources from mineral deposits. So freshwater resources remain in the public domain and minerals rights are not owned by the state, but bought and sold as private property. Riparian waterways are ownership of the state giving public citizens the right to use these waterways without an adjacent land owner's permission.
Florida laws say the entity owning the land, and the mineral rights do not own the public waterways for freshwater or saltwater traversing property boundaries (1). Surface and sub-surface waterways such as aquifers, rivers, lakes, streams, springs, and other tidal waterways are public domain. State issued permits are required in all five Florida water management regions to pump large volumes of water from Florida's (public) aquifers. Large volumes in this case are defined as millions of gallons per day.
One may wonder how so much water can be used on a daily basis. Agriculture in Florida pumps the most freshwater in the state. However, much of the water consumed by agriculture filters back to the aquifers or evaporates and then falls to earth as rain and so on. Meaning, freshwater being consumed by agriculture is naturally recycled.
Another mega-consumer of freshwater is Florida's phosphate industry. Interestingly, Florida's phosphate industry boasts their conservation of freshwater resources but consumes "unmetered" volumes of freshwater from Florida's (public domain) aquifers on a daily basis. No one knows how much water is being consumed by the phosphate industry because their freshwater consumption has no enforced bounds.
No limits on freshwater are mentioned because when stripping the land to reach the phosphate ore, everything else is also stripped away. The monstrous dragline shows no mercy to Florida's rivers, streams, lakes, springs, or aquifers systems. As the dragline removes the land surface, all life is removed and with it goes Florida's riparian (public waterways) as well.
The dragline strips the land including Florida's riparian waterways, digging through and entirely removing rivers, springs, aquifers, lakes, water tables, and so on. (2) The amount of freshwater being entirely wasted daily by strip mining cannot be measured because the dragline removes all sources of freshwater, including riparian water resources by definition, as it strips the land. Amazingly large volumes of once clear fresh water now sit in giant man-made pits in the ground, some as large as a square mile and may be over one hundred feet in depth. These pits are so large one can see them on Google© Maps from space.
West Central Florida, seen from Google© Maps displays the untold amounts of freshwater being wasted by Florida's phosphate industry. All those square blue holes seen in west central Florida are where draglines have stripped the earth, while industry produces super-sized rectangular shaped pits in the Florida landscape and filled with billions of gallons of toxic water.
That's right; those big blue rectangular shapes on the map are not lakes. Those huge rectangular holding tanks (not lakes) are for billions of gallons of toxic wastewater by-products to be kept for an indefinite amount of time. The mountainous walls of the giant pits are made of radioactive phosphogypsum which is a toxic by-product of the production of fertilizers.
The proof of riparian waterways being destroyed by the phosphate industry is undeniable. State officials "see" the environmental damage as well, but do not enforce existing laws, or "permit" certain politically motivated allowances. Apparently, the phosphate industry is not held accountable for severe environmental impacts, over consumption of (public) freshwater resources while continuously creating numerous toxic pits of wasted freshwater resources.

Who Owns Florida's Natural Freshwater Resources?
Some people 'get it' instantly. Some get it much later. Some dawdle on the fringes of 'getting it', but ramble on with aching indecision. Some, no matter what, will never ever get it.
What is it that I'm talking about when I say 'get it'? I'm talking about nailing, acquiring, stamping one's teeth and claws into a skill, a strategy, a technique - a particular 'thing' that you're looking to master.
Now, how is it that two people can exit from an intensive, practical, and life-changing marketing seminar, and have extreme opposite opinions about what they witnessed? Well, let's say we take out and put aside the fact that early childhood upbringing, one's own wealth consciousness, the ability to listen attentively, dysfunctional family relations, one's own inner self-image, and a number of other influencing factors that could have an overall effect on how a person turns out. The key to one's success is acting and implementing on the given information.
But here's the real key: Taking action and implementing at a speed and repetition in direct proportion to the quality of life and the monetary rewards you desire. You see, we can all get to the desired destination, but when? Yes, there is a school of thought that says 'slow and steady'. Nothing wrong in that. However, one has to get clear what 'slow and steady' means. One could interpret it as go as slow and as comfortably as you're happy with, and then, move on. The danger with that way of functioning is a person has their own snug comfort zone and will do nothing to risk stepping outside that.
Another school of thought is to get into the groove to create massive action. The main problem with that is most people do not know what it takes to get into the zone of massive action. They've not experienced what the feeling is like. And, when people hear about creating massive action and creating huge tidal waves with their marketing and business building, people are all at sea with that comment.
I believe a merging of the schools of thought on this can give results that can literally stun you. Here's the idea: Pick one area, skill, or marketing strategy you want to learn, and take massive action in deeply understanding it so that it becomes second nature to you - within a matter days or weeks!
Nothing too alarming or complicated about it, right? However, if we want to get hip and wise, it doesn't mean we'll instantly be showered with wisdom and street smarts - we've got to become proactive in wanting to make the thing we want to learn become embedded into our brains as fast as possible.
So, how do we go about doing this? Well, there's a 7-step process that can elevate you to a level you may not have conceived possible before reading this.
Before I go over the seven steps, I want you to choose a particular skill or marketing strategy you want to excel in. Okay, as your choice will differ from another, let us, for this exercise, go with becoming a half-decent copywriter as our most cherished and desired goal.
So, here then is the seven step process:
1. Mentally rehearse that you are a decent copywriter. Align your mental thoughts to that of a known, proven, results based copywriter. And, that in your mind you see yourself actually writing great copy like your chosen copywriter. Then, you turn and see the joy on the faces of one of your customers as they read and buy from something you've written. Practice this mental rehearsal 5 times a day for the next 2-3 days. Simplistic, but you've got to abandon any preconceived notions you may have, and simply 'get with the programme'.
2. Build a metal sheet of indestructibility around your self-image that cannot be penetrated by anyone or anything, unless you give them explicit permission. The problem with our own head, is that we get sidetracked, swayed, rattled and buy into other people's opinions of us. How do we build this sheet of indestructibility around us? By thinking the exact opposite of the thoughts that would've crippled you before! Simple, but life changing. The key here is to learn to dissect, diffuse and filter anything that looks like a harmful arrow coming your direction. If previously, someone said, "What the heck is she up to now?", instead of your normal knee jerk reactions, what happens if you say to yourself, "Wow, those comments weren't for me. Why do I need to be greedy and accept them?". Life is totally a mind game.
3. Actually write out in your own handwriting the sales letters and marketing documents of the copywriter you most admire. In this way you will get to be mentally and emotionally in sync with your chosen copywriter. Write one or two pieces per day.
4. Teach the basics of writing good advertising to someone you know. Or, say it out aloud, as if you're talking to someone. Or, pretend that you have an imaginary business owner sitting across the table from you and you're going to explain exactly what it takes to write effective advertising. Do this once, twice, or three times a day until you feel bored because you know it, inside out.
5. Start tweaking and adopting what your brain has been gathering for your own salesletters or marketing documents. If you have no business yet, then merely pick a product or service and sell it through your own writing, using what you've gathered in the previous steps.
6. Keep a few key point reminder cards, which you can easily create, with you at all times so you can refer to them whenever you want. Have the words SPEED, RESULTS, ACTION, COPYWRITER, FAST, MONEY, INDESTRUCABLE, FLUID, ACCELERATION. You may feel you'd rather plug these words into a notes or reminder section of your mobile phone, diary, or planner.
7. Every marketing piece you come across, ask yourself, "How would I make it better? How would I increase response? How would I turn it into a money spinner for the advertiser or marketer?" When you start thinking like this - a true copywriter's mindset - your mental connectors will be on red alert, looking out for those very distinctions that'll get you the label 'most wanted' in the copywriters club.
Now, I'll agree that looking at the above seems like a lot of work. However, if we take out the words 'lot of work' and think of it as "simple steps that'll get me rich and that'll stop me from aimlessly looking here and there; wondering how I'm going to master the art and science of writing advertising copy", then things begin to flow internally.
See, looking at it like that, there's a forward momentum, a pulse of activity racing through the blood. Now that's the feeling you want to have, continuously. And, speedy repetition of all the above steps is vital to making progress, fast.
We have a duty and obligation to all those who depend on us to do something fantastic and revolutionary - something we've been promising for a number of years now but have yet to see the big windfall crash through and burst into our lives.
Whether it's mastering the copywriting function of your business, the sales training, the Google AdWords technology, the business systems and processes, the customer care strategies, whatever it is - if you set your mind to work on a philosophy of speed, and work it around a practical plan, you'll see a vast difference in the results of your life.

The 7 Steps of Speed Repetition - The Key To Learning Anything Fast!
In case you're not aware at this point, you can think of Google Apps as Google's online version of Microsoft Office. You get access to a suite of online web apps that let you edit documents, create spreadsheets, build presentations and more all from your web browser, nothing to install on your computer.
Google Apps came out well before Office 365 and started stealing some of the market away from Microsoft's flagship Office product because it was (and still is for non business accounts) completely free. If you think about the cost per computer to install Office (before Office 365) you were looking at anywhere from $150 - $500 per machine!
It makes sense why so many individuals and small businesses quickly jumped ship from Microsoft and moved over to Google Apps. Potentially saving thousands of dollars.
Google then came out with Google Apps for Work. This is an enhanced version of the standard Google Apps system that is much more robust with solutions designed for business including:
Business email addresses (name@yourcompany.com)
Video and voice calls
Integrated online calendars
30GB of online storage for file syncing and sharing
Online text documents, spreadsheets and slides
Easy to create project sites
Security and admin controls
24/7 phone and email support
All this for only $5 per user. Or there is the unlimited storage and vault version for $10 per user which includes everything above PLUS:
Unlimited Storage (or 1TB per user if fewer than 5 users)
Advanced admin controls for Drive
Audit and reporting insights for Drive content and sharing
Google Vault for eDiscovery covering emails, chats, docs and files
Easily search and export to different formats
Archive all emails sent by your company
Set message retention policies
Place and enforce litigation holds on inboxes
So if you were Microsoft and started to see your market share declining because of this new inexpensive solution that doesn't require any software to be downloaded, installed, upgraded, tweaked or configured much at all, I'm sure you'd be sweating and losing sleep at night as well.
Enter Microsoft's answer to Google Apps. Office 365 now gives consumers and business owners an inexpensive way to get the full version of Microsoft Office on all their computers for one low monthly fee. In addition, you get online versions of the software, hosted exchange service and a whole lot more.
Depending on the version you choose you'll get a number of options for yourself or your business. Here's a link to the comparison page between the business versions of Office 365: https://products.office.com/en-ca/business/compare-more-office-365-for-business-plans.
For around $15 a month you'll get the same locally installed Office you've come to rely on over the years and never have to worry about being out of date so long as you maintain your subscription.
You always have access to the latest version and the huge bonus is Microsoft hosted exchange service which will sync your contacts, calendar, tasks email and more across all your devices. Your data is stored in the cloud so you won't need to be concerned about backing up your Outlook information.
In conclusion when it comes to the Google Apps vs Office 365 decision, consider how your business is running presently. What technology do you use now? If you and your staff are already used to the Microsoft Office applications or you use software such as QuickBooks or Sage 50 that integrates with Microsoft Office programs, I'd recommend sticking with what you're used to and going with Office 365.
On the other hand if you're a smaller company and aren't heavily integrated with Office programs then certainly go for Google Apps. With Google Apps your entire team can work together, share files and email accounts, collaborate on projects and much more all for a mere $5 a month per account.
Google is incredibly innovative and always coming out with new add-ins for Gmail along with thousands of third party developers building apps to enhance your Google Apps experience.
Whatever you choose, consider the impact on staff as there is a fairly hefty learning curve when switching from one to the other or from the familiar Microsoft Office products to Google Apps. Be sure to factor in IT support costs to make the transition if not doing it yourself.
