Android Lollipop problems with their solutions
Although Android Marshmallow is out for some devices, many of the devices are still using Lollipop and are still receiving updates to the OS. Lollipop has been a spectacular operating system for Android with such amazing features, but there is no such thing as perfect, and Lollipop is no exception. There are many Android Lollipop issues and we're going to list here some common Android Lollipop issues and their possible fix.
Crashing Apps:
The Lollipop update somehow introduced memory leaks that caused way too many problems all over. This Android Lollipop issue caused the apps to crash and have lag in the UI and even caused the UI to force stop without any kind of warning.
On high-end devices, this leak isn't much noticeable, but for the older devices, this can cause a lot of problems.
Rebooting the device will only fix this temporarily and after a few days, the lag will return.
Clearing the Google play's data will somehow solve the issue, but to permanently solve the issue you'll have to wait for Google to release an official update.
Slow Charge:
If your device happens to charge a little slower than before, then you're not actually alone in this matter. A lot of users are having this Android Lollipop issue and do note that charging from a PC will always be slow. Some potential solutions to this are.
• If you're using a third-party charger, then that might be the reason of slow charging.
• The cable might be causing a problem, try charging it with another trusted cable.
• Clear your device's cache partition.
Rapid battery drain:
A lot of users are complaining about this Android Lollipop issue that their mobile's battery drains a lot faster than it used to or decreases really fast. This was a major issue in the first Lollipop update was later fixed with an update and should probably have a much better battery life than before. If you're still facing the problem, try these.
• Update all your apps so they are compatible with the new OS and also clear their cache.
• Factory reset your device.
No audio on call:
Quite a few people have actually faced this Android Lollipop issue where they can't seem to hear the caller and vice versa. This makes the user impossible to receive calls. The potential solutions to this are.
• Restarting your phone seems to solve the problem.
• Try using your headsets or a Bluetooth headset and then switch back to the audio of your device.
Camera is not working:
Not a lot of people have been facing this Android Lollipop issue but for those who have, this issue has frustrated them a lot. Some people have also been complaining about the camera buttons disappearing so even you cannot switch to the front camera. Some solutions to fix this issue are.
• Restart your mobile and then open the app.
• Force stop the camera app from settings and clear its cache and data and then restart your device
• Wipe the Cache of your device.
• Factory reset your device.

Common Issues in Android Lollipop and Their Solutions
This morning I watched a webinar on Facebook marketing by a very dynamic and enthusiastic Fred Lam. He ended by offering expert training on growing your business at an exponential rate. Sounded good but beyond my budget. However he did offer some excellent tips so for anyone wanting expert advise on economic, and effective Facebook marketing read on...
The first thing he said was minimise your expenditure whist you are testing, always begin by spending only $5. and continue doing this every day with whatever web-pages you are promoting. When you see which ads are working upgrade your spend, but not until then.
He suggested the ads could sell anything from physical products to downloadable eBooks. The advantages you are growing your email list and earning from the products, therefore making a profit whilst growing your list.
I guess by retargeting your ads you can capture "the ones that got away" and give them repeated viewings of your ad. retargeting is set up to capture people who read the ad and didn't respond, it is then displayed to them again when they are online. For example you may be viewing a page and suddenly the ad pops up, reminding you may be interested, this continues for a few days, and is proven to achieve more sales for a low-cost.
Another point he made was only to target one country per advertisement, because many countries are English-speaking but the way the people respond is different, and as you are testing your ads, this will skew the results.
Also carefully consider the age range you are targeting according to your product offered. When targeting your audience choose groups from different angles of interest. His example was cat lovers and fashion lovers to sell cat T-shirts. Therefore considering your audience from different angles. Target only the closest match, and only advertising to the overlapping group; they are then a highly targeted audience. This is achieved by clicking narrow audience.
Fred said his current success rate is 120% profit after expenses by using this system. It hasn't always been like this but he has fine-tuned his ads, we are unlikely to achieve such good results with our first ads but by testing and refining them some ads will be winners.
You are also growing a responsive email list. His final comments were don't expect instant success it has taken him 10 years to fine tune his methods; so we are lucky to benefit from his expertise, and sharing his success for which I am grateful, anything that brings success more quickly is an advantage!
My business is affiliate marketing and if anyone is looking for a simple way to start online I would recommend working with a mentor, rather than sourcing your own products building websites etc. initially. You will be earning quicker with the guidance of a mentor, who provides a range of excellent products for your customers, sales pages and training. You will be working to a successful formula and can start earning whilst you are learning the techniques.
Make 2016 a great year and start Now for a fantastic future!

Secrets for Success With Affiliate Marketing
n for the positions for which you are applying. Be sure to highlight internships, volunteer/community work, and any awards or recognition you have received. The goal of the resume is to highlight for potential employers your diversity of knowledge, skill, and capacity to start and complete tasks/goals. For candidates with more experience in the field, the resume reflects education and experience that closely align to the position. The question of resume vs vitae may be a source of concern for some. From my experience the vitae is a longer, more comprehensive account of one's total educational/professional background. It is probably better suited for submission to positions at the central office level of school districts, educational service centers, consultancy positions or for higher education appointments. The ultimate purpose of the resume or vitae is to pique the interest of the potential employer so that they want to meet you to discuss your compatibility with their organization.
Step 3: The Interview
Be punctual. This actually means be early for the appointment. Know where you are going and allow for Google map mis-directions, traffic, etc. Once you arrive, be pleasant to everyone you encounter. You never know who is looking and who might be providing feedback to the principal. As a matter of fact, be sure to meet and greet the secretary. She serves as the gatekeeper and in most cases, is a close confidante of the principal. Her opinion matters so do not underestimate her "power." Many principals require candidates to complete a written prompt prior to the interview. Check spelling, grammar, and sentence usage as you write. Errors can cost you the job. After all, what principal wants to put a teacher in front of student learners who cannot spell or use correct standard grammar?
Greet the interviewer with a firm handshake, confident eye contact, and a smile. When the interview actually begins you will likely be asked to tell something about yourself. This does not mean to go down a stroll of memory lane sharing your high school experiences. It does mean that you capture those components of your experience that will have a direct alignment to the position. As you prepare for the interview, try to find aspects of what you have done previously that will contribute to your ability to do the desired job successfully. As stated earlier, in addition to being prepared to complete a writing prompt, you might also anticipate either teaching a lesson, or at least, being able to specifically describe a lesson you have taught. Here is where you want to give the interviewer a clear "mental picture" of what would be going on during the lesson. What would you be doing as the teacher? What about the students? What would the administrator specifically see if they were to walk into your classroom?
One area of importance that seems obvious, but bears mentioning, deals with the interview questions themselves. Candidates often miss the mark here by not actually answering the question asked of them. Listen carefully and answer what is asked. It does not count against you to ask for a question to be repeated, especially if it is a multi-tiered question. The secret in answering questions is to give enough information in order to paint a "mental picture" (remember, I mentioned that earlier) without digressing from the topic or over talking the answer. Practicing with anticipated questions can help you hone your answers and adjust in any needed areas.
At the end of the interview always have at least 2-3 good questions prepared to pose to the interviewer. This shows your level of thought and research put toward preparing for the meeting. End the interview by restating your interest in the position and how you could benefit the campus/district if selected. Leave the interview as you started, with a firm handshake, good eye contact, and a pleasant closure.
Step 4: The Follow Up
Immediately following the interview (next day or so) follow up with a hand written thank-you note. Many people fail to do this, so following up in this way helps you stand out in the crowd of other applicants. The use of technology, email, etc. might be tempting to use, but the act of taking the extra step of hand writing a note shows the interviewer your attention to detail and willingness to reflect on your time spent in the interview. I do not want to totally dissuade the use of technology, just be prudent in your use of it. Creating a short thank-you video might be just the ticket necessary to leave that lasting impression of you and your interest in the position.

Making the Grade - How to Interview For and Get That Teaching Position
Free website traffic is something every new blogger, internet marketer and website owner are looking for. By using methods to drive free website traffic back to you, you are able to minimize your advertising expenses while attracting targeted visitors to your website.
Some of the free methods for driving traffic to your website are now saturated in 2016. This is due to more and more people starting to make use of these methods. But, there's still hope - while some of these methods might become saturated, others benefit from the increases of internet marketers starting to use them. There's also new methods and strategies popping up all the time.
Thanks to all of these factors, you are still able to drive free website traffic in 2016 - no matter what the experts say.
#1 - Social Media Traffic
Yes, the first thing on this list is social media networks. Why? Because they're HUGE and they still continue to grow day after day. Need I say more?
Every internet marketer trying to make it online this year NEEDS to be on social media. This is where a majority of my traffic comes from, and where a majority of the traffic of people I know comes from. All you need to do is get on the social media train, register your accounts and become active - by doing this you will be able to drive high quality, laser targeted traffic to your website without having to pay anything to anyone.
The important part when driving free website traffic using social media networks is to join groups related to your niche, and to become an active and contributing member in these groups. Once people get to know you, you can start to throw in some of your links and they will be much more eager to click on your links (compared to just sharing links with the group and no other types of content).
#2 - Article Marketing
Even though article marketing is a very old promotional method to drive website back to your website for free, it still works. Why? Because the more people that uses article platforms, the more content they get, which means more traffic.
Many internet marketers claim that article marketing is now saturated and not useful anymore. I do not agree with this statement. Article marketing is still very much active and can still bring in thousands of unique, targeted visitors to your website every month.
The key to success with article marketing is to put in a lot of time and effort - especially when you're only starting out. You need to write unique and high quality content that people will love - and you need to write a lot of it. The more you write, the higher you get in the rankings of the article distribution sites you publish your articles on.
It's also important to write different articles for different platforms. Google and other search engines HATE duplicate content! So a good strategy to follow here is to write one unique article, and then to rewrite it for each site you publish to.
#3 - Contests
One of the best ways to get your content going viral is to run a contest. The good news is that contest are now pretty much a piece of cake to run.
The first step is to decide on a prize you want to offer contestants. This can vary from anything between an eBook related to your niche to an actual shipped prize. The important thing is that the prize should offer something of value - for example, if you target the weight loss niche, you might write an eBook about losing weight or controlling your diet, and then offer it as the prize.
You can use online software to start your contest, and then share your contest on your website. Be sure to also share your contest on social media.
Your entry "fee" should be a share / like / tweet / +1 - this way, every time someone enters your contest, they will be forced to share or like your content. This makes your content available to all their friends / contacts - which means more traffic to your site. More and more people will start to see your contest, and they will want to enter. More entries means more traffic to your website!!
#4 - Video Production & Promotion
Video is the new way to blog. With a majority of internet users preferring to watch a video instead of reading a blog post or article on the internet, it's clear to me that video is the future, and a market that we all need to tap into this year.
Creating a simple video doesn't take up too much time, and you don't even have to record yourself if you don't want to. Simply create a slideshow video or use a screen casting program to record your computer screen while you demonstrate something. Then add some text and voice to your video and you're ready to publish!
If you have some extra cash to spend, you can also head over to Fiverr and get someone to create a video for you. This will cost you approximately $5 for a short video.
Once your video is ready, you need to publish it to different video sharing platforms, of which YouTube should be your first. Also embed your video on your website (Embedding your video from YouTube on your website will save you A LOT of bandwidth on your hosting account).
Share your video on all your social media accounts, and you can also ask your friends to share your video on their social media accounts.
Driving free website traffic with videos are becoming easier and easier. YouTube has millions of active daily users, and the numbers just keep growing. This means that you now have an opportunity to tap into these millions of daily visitors, and drive some of them back to your website.
Just be sure to use a catchy title, a keyword-optimized description and best suited tags when uploading your video. Remember to always include a link back to your website in the description of the video on all platforms you upload to.
#5 - Blog Comments
Now for the last strategy I'd like to share with you today to help you drive free website traffic, I'd like to tell you how you can drive traffic back to your website by posting helpful comments on other blogs.
Blog comments are a way of commenting with the author of the blog post you are commenting on, as well as a way of communicating with other commenters. This is also a great way to drive quality and targeted traffic to your website.
Search for blogs that allows you to enter a website address while leaving a comment. Comment on these blogs with a very helpful comment related to the blog post you are commenting on. Do not include a link to your website in your actual comment, but instead on the "Website URL" or "Website address" field that's available - this will add a hyperlink to your website. Whenever someone finds your comment useful and clicks on your name, they will be taken to your website.
More Free Website Traffic
These five strategies for driving free website traffic are all excellent ways to gain hundreds to thousands of extra visitors to your website without having to pay for advertising. They are only a starting point, and there's a lot more ways you can drive traffic back to your website. Other methods include social bookmarking, building an email list, link exchanges and many more.
By using these five methods described, you can already get a huge boost. Once you master these five strategies, you can start to move on to more strategies that will help you drive unlimited amounts of free website traffic.

Driving Free Website Traffic in 2016
I recently discovered a new marketing website for blogs, another way to increase readership and traffic. As this is something new I'm trying, I cannot guarantee how much traffic it will bring you. However each blog or article only takes about 5 minutes to transfer. So I feel it is worth a trial.
Kindle blogs is the website I have discovered, I saw a video on YouTube, explaining how it works. You actually get paid a few pence when someone reads your article, but apart from that as "Kindle Publishing for Blogs is part of Amazon there should be a good crowd of avid readers. It is the exposure and links to your website that appeals, this is what motivated me to upload some articles to see what would happen.
I have over 300 articles created over two years so if I can re-generate interest in them that would be good. The articles need to be already published, as they need a website address, they have to be your own work, with original content, obviously the better the quality and information in them the more interest you will get. Anything to bring more traffic and re-use articles has to be a good idea.
However when I decided to upload the articles the Amazon site was having technical problems, but that has now been sorted, next it was my turn to experience difficulties, I couldn't get my print screen to work, so after a day of trying all manner of things, Googling advice etc. my daughter came to the rescue with the suggestion of using "snipit". A great idea, and helpful little tool, that works well for capturing pages. Once you get the hang of it you can load articles in seconds.
Does another way to gain traffic, without cost that actually pays you, appeal to you? What is your online business? Are you getting the success you hoped for and deserve?
I am an affiliate marketer and can recommend working with the guidance of a mentor, who provides excellent products for your customers, sales pages and training. This allows you to start earning whilst you are leaning the techniques as you do not need to source products, build websites or decide which are best sellers before you start earning.
This is much simpler than doing it all yourself and means you are working to a tried and tested plan. So begin NOW and make 2016 a year to remember.

Discovering a New Marketing Website, Which Pays Cash and Brings Traffic
Many businesses have decided to rely solely on the current website and marketing techniques they are using from the past. Within this age of smartphones, tablets and overall responsive TVs, people are not reaching a broader market. The problems with using older websites, is the response time is very slow and extremely hard to navigate on a mobile device. You have 50 percent of mobile users searching for products and services on the go, while 73 percent of those individuals actually make a purchasing decision.
The misconception that many businesses have is they think that they are easily found because of Google Maps or even Yelp. Though it is likely that a business can be located there within a search, however people will dig further to see what the business is all about. Here underlines the problem for your company, as if they go to your site, they are going to bounce because it is not easy to navigate. It is better to have a Responsive Website, as you can add Yelp, Maps, Social Media Accounts all in one place and a simple click to call function to be reached right away.
A business needs to rely on a company that can build a site and not limit their client. Any business owner should be able to make simple changes to their site and not be held hostage by the developer. There are also many web development companies that use Joomla, WordPress, Drupal and more, that will make a site a nightmare because of plugin issues. You need a company that will stay ahead of the curve and keep your site running smoothly on all devices.
Businesses need to stay ahead of their competitors and not cut corners when reaching their target market. A company can spend all the money they want on advertising and then lose their prospective buyer once they go to their website on a mobile device. It is important to not sacrifice your company growth or presence online, because you want to save a couple bucks. Being in business this day and age, means staying ahead of the curve by reaching those prospective buyers. Now is the time to catapult your notoriety to a whole new level and go from zero to hero.
Procrastination is the leading cause of death to any business. With each perceived sacrifice, there is an equal or greater reward. There is reason why the ones who made this change to their sites are succeeding. Over half the sites out there still haven't made this change and this plays in your favor by switching to a responsive site right away.

From Zero to Hero in the Mobile Business World
How can you make consumers aware of your products without repelling them?
Making people aware of your product is critical to the sale of your services/products and to the overall productivity of your businesses. Most companies are not as widely known as Apple or Ford. Without an effective method of informing, your products and company could likely go unnoticed. However, in general, blatant advertisements have the opposite effect of their intended purpose perhaps repelling more audiences than they attract. In today's over-advertised world of products and services, helping the public become aware of your business requires making your product information interesting and perhaps even subtle.
Let's look at three modern marketing techniques businesses have been successfully utilizing.
PRODUCT PLACEMENT is a form of advertising used effectively by many well-known companies. Product placement is the placement of brand names typically within media types such as movies, video games, and television with the hopes the brand name will be seen and associated with the good feelings within the source. For example, many luxury brand vehicle are placed in James Bond movies in hopes the vehicle will be viewed as stylish/cool, increasing the viewer's desire to make a purchase. Usually this type of advertising is expensive, but a large number of people will be exposed to the product/service. Some have further criticized this method of advertising claiming it's only effective for well-known brands that people already recognize. But if a business carefully selects the media which their target audience will be viewing and inserts their product into the media, the chances of positive effects may be increased.
CONTENT MARKETING is a type of advertising that has gained momentum in the last few years. Content marketing is basically "hiding" the product and company information in publications that will likely attract the interests of consumers. Content marketing is often free and can easily be shared on social networking sites.
**Some common forms of content marketing include (1) Educational videos. Such publications might give customers advice about personal finance, business strategies, health advice, retirement ideas, etc. In these videos, the company will place truly useful information, but also insert small "plugs" for their service/product and businesses. (2) Another popular method of content marketing is online informational articles. A company might print articles related to the interests of their target market and insert links and the company name into the publication. (3) A final method that is commonly seen in content marketing is blog posts. Through these blogs, companies hope to begin conversations with among customers and attract attention to their website.
**Another effective branch of content marketing is infographs. Infographs show a graph, chart, or another display that shows some interesting information. They are quick to read and are likely to gain the attention of an audience.
**Although not directly a type of content marketing, many companies show their products/services and educate people about their company through humorous or interesting online video. Posting such content on popular online video channels such as YouTube can be free. If the information in the video is carefully designed, the video has greater chances of being shared on social networks. Thus, this type of free advertising can be effective if the content of the publication is appealing to your audience. Gary Vaynerchuk is considered a master of content marketing using videos. By making and publishing various videos on YouTube, he expanded his small family winery to a 45 million dollar company in a matter of years.
SOCIAL MEDIA has millions of users everyday making it an excellent avenue for reaching consumers. It's very common now for companies to create their own social media accounts and post articles, videos, product information, and company updates. Facebook, Google+, yahoo, LinkedIn, and Twitter all allow you to create accounts and post information. If consumers are interested in the information on your company account, there are great chances of it being shared. Thus if your account and publications are interesting and appeal to the needs and interests of social network users, your company's information can be shared by others for free.
According to statistics, the average adult sees an average of 2,500 ads per day. People literally see so many advertisements their mind doesn't react when they see it. If the advertisement is constructed in a way that the viewer must, or is forced, to read/view it, the usual response from viewers is annoyance. As a business, you want don't want people to view your company's advertisement with disgust and frustration... This is the common response to older methods of marketing. The advertising methods listed above are current and designed to be less intruding and offensive to viewers. They are designed to separate your company's product or service information from the other 2,500 ads people see everyday.
Advertising methods used in the past may easily be ignored by consumers. Today's effective marketing techniques requires showing your products and services to customers in more subtitle and appealing ways. Is your company's marketing program repelling or attracting consumers?
