Tips For A Successful 30-Day Language Learning Challenge: 1. Schedule your 10-minute sessions in your calendar or agenda. I use Google Calendar. It works like a charm. So schedule it in and stick to your schedule! 2. Find someone to be accountable to. I use the forum at Fluent in 3 Months to post my goals and journal about my progress every day. 3. Don't be afraid of making mistakes or sounding like Tarzan. Every expert was first a beginner. 4. Enjoy the journey. Language learning should be fun. If it ain't fun, don't do it. One way to make it fun is through using an app like Duolingo which is actually very fun. The Best Way To Learn A Language: I'm a big fan of language hacks because they allow you to learn your target language and start speaking much sooner than more traditional language learning approaches. 10-minute daily sessions every day start to compound your language learning results. 10 minutes a day for 7 days is more than an hour a week or 4-5 hours a month. In one year, you will have spent approximately 50 hours practicing your target language. See how it adds up quickly? If you feel up to it, you could even increase the amount of time you spend learning your target language every day. For example, you could dedicate one hour a day to learning your target language. This will obviously speed up your language learning. But for this challenge, I ask you to start small and just do 10 minutes a day every day. With this approach, you'll be speaking your target language in no time! Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/9348489
